Alpine Beer Co Announces Use of Gluten-Reducing Enzyme and Exponential Hoppiness Realese on 3/6

Alpine Beer Co (Alpine, CA) announced the use of a gluten-reducing enzyme in their beer offerings. The brewery starting using the enzyme at the end of last year in all of their beers. The brewery cannot claim gluten-free status due to legal rules, but claims that the beers fall below the threshold for gluten-free.

Alpine also announced a very limited release of their Imperial IPA, Exponential Hoppiness (10.8%). The beer will be released in bottles and on draft, on Thursday, March 6th.
