Black Raven Brewing Releases Oak-Aged Brett Saison

Black Raven Brewing (Redmond, WA) announced the release of Pour Les Oiseaux (7.6% ABV, 33 IBUs), a Saison aged in oak wine barrels with wild Brettanomyces yeast. The beer is brewed with barley, rye, wheat, and oats, then lightly hopped with Styrian Golding hops. Look for complex notes of earthy yeast, wood, and grains.
The beer will be available on tap, and in bottles on February 4th.
