Blushing Nun Beer Cocktail Recipe
Add a fresh boost of cherry, tart lemon, and mild sweet ginger to a Belgian Wit.
12 oz. Adelbert’s Naked Nun Belgian Wit or a locally brewed version
1/2 oz Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur
1/2 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
6 fresh bing cherries
Pit cherries and muddle them with ginger liqueur and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Let the mixture sit for five minutes.
Add ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into a tall chilled cocktail glass.
Gently fill glass with the Wit beer.
Garnish with a lime wheel.
