Primary Spirit: Beer Cocktail
Ca-IPA-irinha Beer Cocktail Recipe
A hoppy twist on a classic Brazilian caipirinha cocktail.
6 oz. IPA or Double IPA
1 1/2 oz. cachaça (Brazilian sugar cane spirit)
1/2 oz. agave nectar
4 mint leaves
Muddle lemon, lime, and mint in a shaker glass.
Add cachaça and agave nectar. Add ice and shake vigorously.
Pour into a tall chilled cocktail glass.
Top off with the IPA and stir gently.
