Crisp, spicy, and sparkly cocktail flavored with blood orange.
1 oz. Aperol
1 oz. elderflower liqueur
2 oz. blood orange juice
3 oz. Prosecco
2 small slices seeded and chopped jalapeño
Muddle jalapeno in a shaker. Fill with ice.
Add remaining ingredients except Prosecco. Stir to mix.
Strain into a chilled wine glass. Top off with the Prosecco.
Garnish with a slice of blood orange.
