Katy’s Herb Garden

Refreshing gin cocktail recipe using Scrappy’s Bitters using celery flavored bitters.

Ingredients:

1.5 oz. St. George Botanivore Gin

1/2 oz. St Germaine Elderflower Liqueur

2 dashes Scrappy’s Celery Bitters

cucumber slice

4 mint leaves

lime wedge

tonic water

Instructions:

Muddle the cucumber and mint in a shaker glass.

Add gin, elderflower liqueur, and bitters. Fill with ice and shake.

Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.

Top off with tonic water. Garnish with lime wedge.
