1.5 oz. Founders Breakfast Stout (or craft brewed coffee stout)
1/4 oz. pure maple syrup
2 dashes Scrappy’s Chocolate Bitters
Add bourbon, maple syrup, and bitters to a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously
Strain into a double old-fashioned cocktail glass. Pour stout on top. Stir gently with a cinnamon stick.
