Peachy Peru Recipe

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz. Pisco (Selecto Acholado)

1 oz. fresh peach puree

1/2 oz. cognac

1/2 oz. simple syrup

2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Instructions:

Add all ingredients in a shaker with ice.

Shake vigorously.

Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.

Garnish with a peach slice.
