Pomegranate Pisco Sour

Ingredients:

2 oz. Pisco (Barsol Quebranta)

1 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice

1/2 oz. simple syrup

1/2 small egg white

Angostura bitters

Instructions:

Add all ingredients except bitters to shaker. Add ice.

Shake vigorously.

Strain into a chilled collins glass.

Add 2-3 dashes of bitters to the foam and swirl for garnish.
