Spicy Thai Chelada – Beer Cocktail Recipe


6 oz. Pale Lager or Pilsner Beer

4 oz. Chelada Mix (4 oz tomatoe juice, 1 tsp Thai fish sauce, 1 tsp Worcestershire, 1/2 tsp Siracha Sauce)

1 oz fresh squeezed lime juice

Thai Basil – 4-6 leaves

BHB Siracha Bitters


Make sure all ingredients are chilled before preparing this drink.

Muddle Thai Basil with lime juice in a pint glass.

Add ice and Chelada mix.

Slowly pour in the beer.

Top with 3 dashes of BHB Siracha Bitters and garnish with a lime wedge.
