(512) Brewing Cascabel Cream Stout

Pours black with a foamy  tan head. Added lactose provides residual sweetness in the finish. followed by a mild lingering of spice from the chiles.

Malts: Organic 2-row, Crystal, Roasted Barley, Chocolate.

Pairs well with a grilled green chile cheeseburger.

Limited seasonal release on draught.

    On tap at the Alamo Drafthouse LakeCreek Cinema.

    I’m always up for tasting beers brewed with chiles. The chiles come through a little bit in the middle and finish, without being overpowering.

    Medium body with a creamy mouthfeel, with a solid roasted barley component.

    Went will with a dish of fries and green chile queso.
