8 Wired Bumaye

Brewed as a Pinot Noir Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout.

Pours black with a creamy tan head. Aromas of roasted coffee, oak, red wine grapes, and earthy yeast. Full-bodied with rich, roasty flavors. Smooth finish with medium hop bitterness and some alcohol warming.

A big, flavorful, complex Imperial Stout.

Hops: Pacific Jade, Chinook

Malts: Pale, Crystal, Roasted Barley

Fermented with Wyeast 1272 American Ale II Yeast.

Aged for 16 months in oak Pinot Noir barrels from Marlborough’s Mud House Winery.
