8 Wired Bumaye

Brewed as a Pinot Noir Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout.

Pours black with a creamy tan head. Aromas of roasted coffee, oak, red wine grapes, and earthy yeast. Full-bodied with rich, roasty flavors. Smooth finish with medium hop bitterness and some alcohol warming.

A big, flavorful, complex Imperial Stout.

Hops: Pacific Jade, Chinook

Malts: Pale, Crystal, Roasted Barley

Fermented with Wyeast 1272 American Ale II Yeast.

Aged for 16 months in oak Pinot Noir barrels from Marlborough’s Mud House Winery.

Intense flavors of coffee, oak, and dark fruit. Full bodied with a very smooth finish.
