Abbaye de Saint Bon-Chien

Barrel-Aged Sour Biere de Garde

Crisp and tart with flavors of ripe fruit, light caramel, oak, and earthy yeast. Remarkably easy to drink for an 11% ABV beer. Complex and sour finish with lingering woody notes. Exceptional beer.

If you can find this beer on the shelves snatch up as many as you can and cellar some!

Aged in oak barrels and blended before release.

Brewed in Switzerland by Brasserie BFM.

Had no idea what to expect when cracking this bottle, but was pleasantly surprised. Very easy drinking for a strong beer with flavors of tropical fruit, oak, and caramel. Clean sour flavors in the finish.
