Ale Apothecary Spencer

Barrel-Aged Sour Beer flavored with wild black currants.

Notes of spice, tart berries, oak, and earthy yeast. Complex fruity flavors.

One year old Sahalie aged with locally harvested wild black currants for an additional 8 months.

Aged with wild Brettanomyces yeast and lactobacillus cultures.

Very limited release.
