Anchorage Brewing Bitter Monk

Brewed in the style of a Belgian Double IPA.

Pours a slightly hazy golden-orange color with a lively white head. Aromas of pine, citrus, and earthy Belgian yeast. Medium-bodied with crisp carbonation and flavors of orange citrus, grapefruit, and peach. Dry finish that is very high in hop bitterness.

Fermented with wild Brettanomyces yeast.

Complex flavors of tropical fruit, citrus, and funky Brett yeast. Very enjoyable ale with a nice bite of hop bitterness in the finish.
