Anderson Valley Boont Amber Ale Review

Pours a clear amber color.  Notes of caramel sweetness and herbal spice. Medium-body with a solid caramel malt backbone.  Low in hop bitterness and flavor. Finishes mellow with some lingering fruitiness.

Nice example of an American Amber Ale.

Hops: Columbus, Bravo, Northern Brewer, Mt. Hood

Malts: 2-row, Crystal 40, Crystal 80

Available year-round in cans, bottles, and on draft.

    Nice balance. Easy drinking.

Widely available is a big plus.
