Breakside Brewery Bourbon Barrel-Aged Aztec Ale Review

Brewed in the style of a Bourbon Barrel-Aged American Strong Ale, flavored with Habaneros, Serranos, and Mana chocolate.

Pours a deep copper color. Notes of caramel malt, spice, dark chocolate, vanilla, and bourbon. Full-bodied with rich flavors of sweet malt, chocolate, vanilla, and bourbon. Pleasant lingering heat from the peppers in the finish.  High in alcohol.

Beautifully crafted beer with a very complex flavor profile.

Seek this one out and try for yourself.
