Cascade Brewing Bourbonic Plague

Brewed in the style of a Barrel-Aged Imperial Vanilla Porter.

A blend of barrel-aged and spiced Imperial Porters. Aged in oak, wine, and bourbon barrels.

Pours a dark brown-mahogany color with a thin creamy head. Aromas of dark malt, dark fruit, and earthy oak. Full-bodied with a rich dark malt profile. Flavors of sweet dark caramel, oak, vanilla, and earthiness.

Brewed with vanilla beans and cinnamon.

Limited availability.

Complex and roasty with smooth flavors. Nice oak and bourbon in the middle. Finish is roasty with mellow spice.
