Cascade Brewing Sour Apricot Ale Review

Brewed in the style of an American Barrel-Aged Sour Apricot Beer.

A blend of sour blonde beers aged for 12 months in oak, then aged for an additional 8 months with apricots.

Pours orange with a thin frothy head. Aromas of apricot, tart fruit, oak, and earthiness. Medium-bodied with a refined sour flavor and sweet apricot notes. Finishes dry and tart.

Limited availability in bottles and on draft.
