Crooked Stave Oculus

Brewed in the style of a Barrel-Aged Sour Belgian Golden Ale.

Pours a deep golden color with a creamy head. Aromas of tart grapes, oak, vanilla, and earthiness. Medium-bodied and effervescent with a refined sourness and flavors of tart fruit. Finishes crisp and dry.

Fermented with Brettanomyces wild yeast – which produces complex earthy notes all across the beer.

Aged in white wine barrels with Colorado Biodynamic grapes.
