Crooked Stave Origins Burgundy Sour

Brewed in the style of a Barrel-Aged Sour Beer.

Pours a chestnut color with a thin frothy head. Aromas of sour dark fruit, oak, and vanilla. Medium-light in body, effervescent with a refined sourness. Complex dry and tart finish.

Fermented with Brettanomyces wild yeast. Aged for 18-24 months in French oak barrels.

Limited release in bottles and on draft.

    Complex sour and funky earthy flavors. Wood and vanilla notes come through nicely from the barrel aging.
