Crooked Stave St. Bretta Witbier

Brewed in the style of a Oak-Aged Belgian Wit, 100% fermented with wild Brettanomyces yeast.

Pours a hazy yellow color with a frothy white head. Aromas of orange citrus, oak, and earthiness. Medium-light bodied with earthy flavors of citrus and oak. Refreshing and tart finish.

Aged in oak foeders for six weeks.

Brewed with Minneola Tangelos.

Limited release in bottles and on draft.

Fun to drink earthy wit with some complex flavors.

A bit more complex than your average wit. Citrusy orange and earthy notes combined with oak and mild spice. Brett yeast adds a nice layer of interesting flavors.
