Crooked Stave Wild Wild Brett Violet

Brewed in the style of an ale, 100% fermented with Brettanomyces yeast. Flavored with pomegranate, lavender, and passion fruit.

Pours a light orange-amber color with a thin frothy head. Aromas of tropical fruit, pomegranate, and earthiness. Medium-bodied with tart fruity flavors and a touch of malt sweetness. Finishes dry with a touch of tartness.

Fermented with wild yeast.

Limited release in bottles and on draft.
