Crux Fermentation Project – Peated Scotch Ale

Brewed in the style of a Scottish Strong Scotch Ale.

Pours a deep copper color with a cream head. Aromas of sweet malt and peaty smoke. Full-bodied with a rich malty backbone. Flavors of caramel malts, peaty smoke, and earthy hops. Moderate hop bitterness in the finish.
