Deep Ellum Farmhouse Wit Review

A hybrid style combining a Belgian Style Witbier with a Farmhouse Saison.

Pours a hazy yellow color with a big frothy white head. Light spice and Belgian yeast aromas upfront. Flavors of crisp wheat, lemon, and spice. Very refreshing.

Tastes just like you blended a wit and a saison together.

Hops: Summit, Palisade, Liberty

Malts: Pilsner, Vienna, Honey, Flaked Triticale

Whirlpool-spiced with lemongrass, coriander, and grapefruit peel.

Fermented with Belgian ale yeast.

Seasonally available – spring/summer in cans and on draft.

Very refreshing style. Nice Belgian notes, with crisp wheat flavors. Highly carbonated with a touch of tartness and spice in the finish.

Blast of Belgian yeast and fruity aromas. Crisp and spicy flavors. Fairly light bodied and extremely refreshing on a hot day.
