Dogfish Head Aprihop Apricot IPA Review

Brewed in the style of an apricot flavored IPA.

Pours a pale orange color.  Aromas of citrus and apricot.  Medium body with a balance of crisp hop flavors. light apricot, and mild caramel malt.

Brewed with pilsner malt, crystal malt, hops, and apricots.

Dry-hopped with Amarillo hops.

Available seasonally March-May, in bottles and on draft.

The hops and apricot blend together nicely to make an easy drinking IPA. Low bitterness compared to most IPAs.

One of my favorite spring beers. Soft apricot flavors with a reasonable bitterness.
