Founders Brewing Red’s Rye PA Rye IPA Review

Pours a crimson red color with a thick tan head. Notes of grapefruit and spicy rye. Complex caramel malt backbone balances the high level of bitterness.

Finish is spicy and crisp.

Brewed with rye malt, and four varieties of Belgian caramel malts.

Dry-hopped with Amarillo hops.

Available seasonally Sep-Oct in bottles and on draft.

Great marriage of rye, toasted malts, and citrusy hops. Complex malt profile balances the IPA level of bitterness.

Great red color. Very hop forward. Citrusy with flavors of spicy rye malt.

    Pairs great with enchiladas.

On tap at the Draught House in Austin.

Great red color. Big aromas of blood orange, pine, and rye malts.

Pumped that Founders beers ate now on tap in the area.
