Fremont Brewing Bourbon Barrel Abominable

Brewed in the style of a Bourbon Barrel-Aged American Strong Ale

Pours a dark brown color with a creamy tan head. Aromas of dark chocolate, coffee, vanilla, oak, bourbon, and dark fruit. Full-bodied with a strong backbone of rich malt and moderate bitterness level. Flavor notes of bourbon and oak.

Hops: Columbus, Willamette, US Goldings

Malts: Pale 2-row, Crystal 120, Munich, Roasted Barley, Carafa, Chocolate

Limited Winter release.

    Malty and complex with some notes of vanilla, woody oak, and aged bourbon.
