Brewed in the style of a Sour Session Style Saison.
Pours golden with a thin frothy head. Aromas of tart citrus and earthiness. Light-bodied and refreshing with flavors of tart citrus and crisp malt. Finishes dry with some lingering sourness.
Fermented with lactobacillus souring cultures, wild Brettanomyces yeast, and Saison ale yeast.
