Goose Island Bourbon County Barrel-Aged Imperial Coffee Stout Review

Pours a midnight black color.  Aromas of roasted coffee, toffee, dark chocolate, vanilla, and oak.  Rich and full-bodied with coffee and toasted malt flavors.

Hops: Willamette

Malt: 2-row, Munich, Chocolate, Caramel, Roasted Barley, De-bittered Black

A different variety of coffee beans are used to brew the beer each year.

Ages very nicely for several years.

Pairs nicely with rich chocolate desserts.

Limited release in bottles.
