Pours a light amber color with a frothy head. Tart earthy aromas. Medium-light bodied and champagne-like, with crisp carbonation and tart, earthy flavors. Light touch of sweetness in a refreshing finish.
Spontaneously fermented in oak barrels. Aged for 18 to 24 months with wild yeast and souring cultures.
Brewed with wheat and malted barley.
