Hardywood Bourbon Sidamo

Brewed in the style of a Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Coffee Stout.

Pours black with a creamy tan head. Aromas of roasted coffee, oak, and vanilla. Full-bodied with a rich malty backbone. Flavors of dark fruit, dark caramel, coffee, and bourbon. Moderate hop bitterness in the finish.

Aged for 12 weeks in bourbon barrels with custom roasted Sidamo Ethiopian coffee.

Limited release in bottles and on draft.

Fantastic medley of coffee, bourbon, oak, and roasted malt flavors. Very smooth with a nice coffee finish.
