Hill Farmstead Edward

Brewed in the the style of an American Pale Ale.

Pours a pale copper color with a frothy white head. Notes of citrusy hops and pine. Medium-light in body with a solid backbone of caramel malt and a highly bitter finish.

Hops: Centennial, Chinook, Columbus, Simcoe, Warrior

Malts: Pale 2-row, Caramel Malt

Dry hopped for added hop character.

Available year round.

    Hill’s version of a session IPA. Flavorful with a big bitter finish. I’ll drink this all day on tap.
