Review Details

Hill Farmstead Ephraim

Brewed in the the style of an Imperial IPA.

Pours a pale orange color with a frothy white head. Intense aromas of citrusy and piney hops. Medium-bodied with flavors of resinous hops and a solid backbone of malt. Finishes dry. Very high in hop bitterness.

Hops: Centennial, Chinook, Columbus, Simcoe, Warrior

Malts: Pale 2-row, Dextrose

Dry hopped twice for added hop character.

Available year round.

These guys brew killer IPAs. Very bitter but packed with flavor. VT rocks IPAs with several from Hill Farmstead and the infamous Heady Topper.
