Brewed in the style of a hoppy Belgian Tripel.
Pours golden with a lively white head. Aromas of sweet fruit, floral hops, and spicy Belgian yeast. Medium-bodied and effervescent with flavors of sweet fruity malt and peppery spice. Finishes with moderately high hop bitterness.
Hops: Saaz, Styrian Goldings
Malt: Belgian Pils
Fermented with Belgian ale yeast.
Seasonal release February – June on draft.
