Jester King Bonnie the Rare Berliner Weisse Review

Pours a bright golden color. Light bodied and tangy, with evident sourness, proper for the style. Very refreshing and a great summertime beer.

Hops: Czech Saaz

Malts: Organic Pilsner, Organic Wheat, Organic Caramunich

Fermented with farmhouse yeast, and lactobacillus to create sourness profile.

Limited availability in bottles, or at the brewery.

Poured at the brewery. Very light with earthy notes and a crisp sour finish. Hoping to find some in bottles soon.

Crisp and refreshing. Pleasant level of sourness. Very light.
