Pours a deep red color. Nice sour notes and flavors. Medium bodied with some light floral hoppy aromas.
Hops: Czech Saaz, East Kent Goldings
Malts: Organic 2-row, Organic Munich, Crystal, Melanoidin, Roasted Barley
The usage of a small amount of Roasted Barley gives the beer great red color.
Fermented with farmhouse yeast, wild Texas Hill Country Yeast, and lactobacillus to create sourness profile.
