Karbach Brewing Rodeo Clown Double IPA Review

Pours a deep copper color.  Aromas of bready malt, citrus, spice, and floral hops. Medium-full bodied with a strong backbone of caramel malt and a high, but smooth bitterness level.

Complex hop profile with both European and American hops used in the brewing process.

Hops: Amarillo, Citra, Chinook, East Kent Goldings, Simcoe, German Magnum, Sapphir

Malts: Pale, Medium Crystal, Dark Crystal, Munich, Biscuit

Dry-hopped with Citra, Sapphir, and East Kent Goldings hops, for increased hop characteristics.

Available year-round in cans.

Very nice DIPA. Some good complexity from the choice of hops.

Strong and loaded with hop flavor. No clowning around here.
