Karbach Brewing Weisse Versa Wheat Review

Brewed as a hybrid wheat beer, using a German Hefeweizen yeast, brewed with spices of coriander and citrus peel typically found in a Belgian Wit.

Pours a hazy yellow color with a rocky white head.  Aromas of complex spice, lemon citrus, and sweet fruit.  Medium-light in body, with fruity wheat flavors.  Crisp and refreshing.

Hops: Magnum, Hallertau-Mittelfreuh

Malts: 2-row, Wheat, Honey Malt, Carafoam

Available year-round in cans.

    An interesting wheat beer mash-up.

    Spicy with some citrus, clove, and banana.

    Refreshing finish.
