Mac & Jack’s Brewing African Amber Review

An unfiltered and dry-hopped American Amber Ale.

Pours a deep amber color with a slight haze from being unfiltered. Nice floral and citrus hop notes up front.  A medium malty body in the middle is followed up by a very balanced finish.

Brewed with organic hops.

Available on draft – the brewery adds a bag of fresh Yakima Valley hops to every keg which keeps the hop aromas at optimal levels.

A great Pacific Northwest amber ale.

This is the best Mac & Jack beer by far. Great flavor and balance. Love the impact of he fresh hops on every keg.

Had this on a trip to Seattle.

    Smooth, balanced, and flavorful.

Too bad it’s regional and only on draft. Would drink more of it was available locally.
