New Holland El Mole Ocho

Brewed in the style of a Mexican Spiced Strong Ale.

Pours amber with a frothy white head. Medley of spicy aromas, including chile peppers, cinnamon, and chocolate. Full-bodied with bold flavors of spice, chocolate, and coffee. Low hop bitterness.

Hops: Glacier

Malts: Pale 2-row, Munich, Caramel, Chocolate Malt

Brewed with cocoa nibs, chile peppers (ancho, chipotle, pasilla, mulatto), coffee, raisins, anise seed, coriander, black pepper, and cinnamon.

Fermented with Hefeweizen yeast.

Limited release.
