New Holland Imperial Hatter IPA

Brewed in the style of an Imperial IPA.

Pours a light copper-orange color with a frothy white head. Aromas of grapefruit citrus, pine, and floral hops. Medium-bodied with a solid backbone of malt and citrusy hop flavors. Finishes with moderately high hop bitterness and mild malty sweetness.

Hops: Warrior, Centennial, Cascade

Malts: Pale 2-row, Munich, Crystal

Dry-hopped with Cascade and Centennial hops.

Fermented with American ale yeast.
