New Holland Oak-Aged Hatter IPA

Brewed in the style of a Bourbon Barrel-Aged IPA.

Pours a pale copper color with a frothy white head. Aromas of citrus, floral hops, and woody oak. Medium-bodied with a solid backbone of malt. Flavors of caramel malt, toasted oak, and citrusy hops. Finishes with moderately high hop bitterness.

Hops: Nugget, Centennial

Malts: Pale 2-row, Munich, Crystal

Barrel-Aged in Kentucky bourbon barrels for 45 days.

Fermented with American ale yeast.

Seasonal release.
