Pelican Pub & Brewery Doryman’s Dark Ale

Brewed in the style of an American Brown Ale.

Pours a dark reddish-brown color with a thick, frothy head. Aromas of dark caramel, a hint of roasted malt, and floral hops. Medium-bodied with a solid backbone of caramel malt, and some hop notes. Moderate in hop bitterness.

Hops: Magnum, Cascade, Mt. Hood

Malts: Pale 2-row, White Wheat, Chocolate Malt, Caramel Malt

Available year round in bottles and on draft.

Fantastic American Brown. Smooth, roasty, and well balanced.
