Pelican Pub & Brewery Mother of all Storms

Brewed in the style of a Bourbon Barrel-Aged English Barleywine.

Pours a deep reddish-brown color with a frothy tan head. Aromas of caramel, oak, vanilla, floral hops, and dark fruit. Full-bodied with a smooth malty profile. Hints of oak and bourbon flavors. Moderate level of hop bitterness.

Hops: Magnum, Glacier, Mt. Hood

Malts: Golden Promise, Munich, Melanoidin, Caramel, Flaked Wheat

Aged in Kentucky bourbon barrels for several months.

Seasonal release in the November in bottles and on draft.

    Very malt forward. Rich and sweet. Caramel and toasted malt flavors.

    Strong and malty.

    Thick, rich body with flavors of toasted and caramel malt. Some warming from the high alcohol.
