Prairie Bomb

Imperial Stout aged on coffee beans, cacao nibs, vanilla beans, and chili peppers.

Pours a dark brown-black color with a creamy tan  head. Aromas of roasted coffee, vanilla, and dark chocolate. Full-bodied with a rich roasty profile and flavors of chocolate and espresso. Smooth finish with some mild heat from the chilies.

Rich, malty and flavorful. Needs about 6 months more of aging to smooth out all the flavors. Vanilla and pepper flavors are a bit too sharp.
