Pours a pale gold color with a lively white head. Aromas of pear, citrus, and earthiness. Medium-bodied and effervescent with a crisp fruity flavor. Refreshing finish with a hint of tartness.
Fermented with ale yeast, wine yeast, lactobacillus, and two strains of Brettanomyces.
