Barrel-Aged Sour Rye Saison
Funky, dry, crisp, and tart Saison. Medium-bodied with flavors of oak, spicy rye malt, tropical fruit, and earthy yeast. Finishes dry with some lingering tartness.
Fermented in 132 gallon french oak wine barrels (puncheons), with Saison yeast, wild Brettanomyces yeast, and souring lactobacillus cultures.
