Real Ale Scots Gone Wild

Barrel-Aged Sour Scotch Ale

Pours a deep rich red-brown color. Full-bodied with notes of oak, sour fruit, and sweet caramel. Tart finish with moderate hop bitterness.

Brewed with English hops, English Crystal malt, and fermented with English yeast.

Aged in oak barrels with wild Brettanomyces yeast and souring lactic cultures.

Limited release.
