Rogue Brewery – Yellow Snow IPA Review

Pours a pale golden color with a thick white head.  Hoppy and fruity aromas with lots of hop flavor.  Medium body.  Finished with a pleasant lingering bitterness.

Malts used include; Pale 2-row, Cara Foam, and Melanoiden.

Hops; Amarillo and Perle.

Pairs well with grilled meats and spicy dishes.

Released annually each November in bottles and on draft.

Brewed as a tribute to winter sports and first released at the 2000 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City.

Citrusy and herbal. Moderate bitterness. Good balance.
